Career Highlights
• Managed team which acquired and remained in compliance with approximately 630 environmental, land use and construction permits to construct a $1.6 billion new regional drinking water system in the Portland Metro Area.
• Lead project team which developed the first ever Watershed Protection, Monitoring, and Outreach Plan for Oregon’s largest watershed (Willamette River), the 13th largest rive in the United States by volume.
• Directed the implementation of short & long range strategies, plans, programs, and personnel for City of Stockton (California) MS4 Stormwater NPDES permit, associated utility, and storm drainage assessment districts (6) which operated in compliance and within budget for the 10 years under my leadership.
• Recognized by the American Water Works Association as source water protection subject matter expert by invitation to participate in knowledge exchange at International Water Utility Leader Forum at ACE25 Conference, in Denver, Colorado on June 10, 2025.
